This is hardly an exhaustive list of the software I've worked on, but it's a pretty close to the list of software that I've worked on *and* published in some way.

 

Perl Modules
Miscellaneous perl modules that I've written, but don't really maintain very well. They're useful but not well documented.
 
Usenet News Code
Various scripts and packages I've written to work with Usenet News.
 
Script Library
A library of scripts that I've used to maintain my own site.
 
Tools for Molecular Dynamics
Software I've written for the TCB Group, which includes most of my database code and web tools.
 
Contributed Code
Open-source software packages that I have contributed code to, but don't actually maintain myself.
 
Encap Packages
Packages I've built and distributed using the encap packaging system.
 
Packages in Freshmeat
All of the software I have contributed to Freshmeat.
 
Local Encap Package Specs
.ep files, for use with the encap package manager (epkg). These let you build all sorts of odd thing that I like to work with.
